People, systems and the careful in-between.
Good Humans Impact is led by Lavinia Kanagandran — a relational consultant who works across strategy, data, technology and implementation in the social sector.
Lavinia works in relational ways to create safe spaces to balance intention and action, clarity and complexity, accountability and trust, understanding and overwhelm.
Having worked with not-for-profits, philanthropy and government in their impact journeys, she has deep experience in impact measurement, data, technology, community-driven change, and bringing people together.
From strategy to operations and implementation, she is adept at zooming in and out, with no task too mundane. Lavinia approaches her work with curiosity, care, a problem-solving mindset, and an unwavering belief in what is possible when good humans come together to do good work.
Five principles we keep close.
Relational before transactional
We build trust, understand context, and work with care.
Clear without oversimplifying
We help make sense of complexity while respecting nuance.
Practical, not performative
We create outputs and systems that people can actually use.
Data with humanity
Evidence matters, but so do stories, relationships, context and lived experience.
Warm accountability
We support honest conversations, shared responsibility and useful action.
Curious whether we're the right fit?
A conversation costs nothing. We'll listen first, and be honest if we're not the right people for the work.
